Replace the Core hose if one of the following items is wrong.Step 1• Check general condition Core hose.• Check Core hose for traces of oil leakage.• Clean the Core hose with water and soap when it has been in contact with aggressivefluids.Step 2• Check Core couplers and dust caps for dirt and/or oil leakage.• Clean Core couplers with a clean and soft cloth, if necessary with water and soap.• If necessary grease with hydraulic oil or use WD-40.• Check functioning Core couplers (see fig. 1, page 4).• Reconnect loose dust caps to Core couplers.Step 3• Replace the Core hose, when obvious traces of kinks are visible.Step 4• Replace the Core hose when damage is such that the one braided layer of high tensilesynthetic fibre is clearly visible.Step 5• Replace the Core hose, when blisters are visible.Step 6• Replace the Core hose, when bubbles or bulges higher than 1mm are visible.Manufacturing sales & service worldwide Holmatro Rescue Equipment P.O.
