Gardner Denver
Gardner Denver is a world leader in industrial compression technology with a product portfolio spanning rotary screw compressors, reciprocating compressors, industrial blowers, vacuum pumps, and compressed air systems. With over 160 years of innovation, Gardner Denver delivers reliable solutions for the most demanding industrial compressed air and gas transport requirements worldwide.
The core Gardner Denver range includes oil-injected and oil-free screw compressors (7 to 2,000 kW), reciprocating piston compressors for high-pressure applications (up to 350 bar), centrifugal and rotary screw blowers for air and gas transport, and industrial vacuum pumps based on liquid ring, rotary piston, and screw technology. The Wittig sliding vane vacuum pumps and Nash liquid ring vacuum pumps are industry standards in the chemical and paper industries.
Gardner Denver products stand out through longer MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures), low energy consumption, and minimal maintenance requirements. Many models are equipped with advanced control systems such as the Smart Gauge controller, which optimizes energy consumption, adapts the pressure profile to actual demand, and signals predictive maintenance needs.
All Gardner Denver compressed air compressors are available in ATEX-certified versions for use in explosive atmospheres. Oil-free models (ISO 8573-1 Class 0) are essential in applications where air quality is critical, such as pharmaceutical production, food processing, and electronics manufacturing.
At Verkopershulp.nl we carry over 10,378 genuine Gardner Denver parts, including pressure valves, filters, oil separators, screw rotors, seals, and electronic control modules. As an authorized distributor we guarantee fast delivery, technical support, and full warranty on all parts.
History
Gardner Denver was founded in 1859 by Robert Gardner in Quincy, Illinois (USA) as a manufacturer of mining compressors and rock drills. In the early 20th century the company expanded its portfolio to industrial air compressors for various sectors. After decades of organic growth, strategic acquisitions followed of well-known brands including Nash (liquid ring pumps), Elmo Rietschle (vacuum technology), and Wittig (sliding vane pumps). In 2013 Gardner Denver was acquired by KKR & Co. and in 2017 listed on the NYSE. In 2019 Gardner Denver merged with Ingersoll-Rand's industrial activities to form Ingersoll Rand Inc., although the Gardner Denver brand name was retained for the industrial compression segment. Today Gardner Denver has manufacturing plants on four continents and distributes its products in more than 100 countries. The company invests heavily in energy-saving compressor technology, digital monitoring, and IoT-connected systems for predictive maintenance and efficiency management.
