History
Bühler was founded in 1860 by Adolf Bühler in Uzwil, Switzerland. The company started as a smithy and grew into a global supplier of process installations for the food industry. In the 20th century Bühler expanded strongly internationally. Today Bühler has offices in more than 140 countries and supplies technology for processing more than 65% of the world's grain production.
